Values

Practicing Awareness Day 1/4
Teach your brain to notice a feeling and decide if it’s something you need to respond to or just to let it be.
Time Well Spent
Ask yourself a simple question: "What is one thing that I did today that was time well spent?" Something that was worth your time. It doesn't mean that you liked it or wanted it or even enjoyed it but it was fulfilling, meaningful or worthwhile. Here are some examples: I took a shower. I went for a short walk. I washed the dishes. I got my kids to school on time. We encourage you to reflect on this daily in Vareza. Tap 'Next' to record your first entry.
Monsters on the bus
Last time, we focused on values and how they can help you focus on what's important to you. Today we’ll spend some more time exploring values. They can be your guiding compass despite the things in your life that try to take you off course.
