Introduction

Everyone is different, so let’s dive deeper into figuring out an approach to exercise that will work for you and your body. Exercise isn’t always simple, especially when you’re living with chronic pain. If you already have an exercise routine you enjoy and doesn’t cause pain flares, feel free to skip this lesson.
